Step 1: View the portrait examples contained in the links above. Keep looking until you find five images that you feel you could use as ideas for your introduction portrait.
Step 2: Briefly describe what is happening in these images, and how you will use these as ideas for your partner’s introduction portrait as a comment to THIS POST.

1. A man is on his motorcycle and looking off into something in the distance. There is motion blur around him, but he’s quite sharp. I would use this because he’s not looking straight into the camera, and is doing something that is related to him or his interests.
2. A man is reading the book “1984”, while a camera is looking over his shoulder. He looks really freaked out as well. I would use the idea of a dramatic facial expression for my assignment.
3. A man is illuminated by blue and red lighting while standing in the rain. I really want to use different colored lighting if possible, and the contrast is very interesting.
3. A man appears to be a giant and is tearing up the rope restraints he was in. I really like this picture because it’s using fantasy to be unique. I don’t really know how I’d use fantasy in my picture, but it would be really interesting.
5. This picture uses double exposure by having a woman posing, and having a city landscape exposed over her. It looks like the city is actually inside the woman and it’s really unique. I would use that for sure if I found the right background.
