  1. There is a lot of negative space in many of these pictures. The poems mainly involve being alone, or being isolated to think among yourself. The negative space represents that theme among the poems. Mood wise, you could get sadness from these. Human beings are social animals, so we usually don’t like being alone. I can’t really figure out what the photographer is trying to say in these photos. For my own work, I will definitely play with negative space. I think it would be interesting to mess with that concept while doing street photography.

    These images reflect the feelings through the colors and how the space is used. These images bring a sad, mysterious, and loneliness feeling. The photographer is trying to show the contrast between reality and dreams. This gave me an idea to use specific facial expressions to create a certain type of mood.
