on the pictures with not as long of an exposure looks like there is flowers flying around where as the ones with long exposure creates streaks

i would say try this but there is no fire flies on the west coast. i hope to find something similar

A composite image is one image with multiple elements incorporated into it. They put multiple pictures together to create the illusion that there are very many fireflies in one image. Circles and different types of light trails are created. It makes the image seem less realistic because they lights create more of a magical feel.
This gave me an idea to combine multiple images and play around with the types of light.
It just means smashing multiple images together to make something interesting. The photographers were able to get multiple fireflies because the finished product is a composite image. With all these shapes, it creates a dreamlike effect because of the spots of light from the flies. I’m mainly getting ideas of making a composite image, and using different colored lights for each image.

They able to get so many fireflies in the frame at the same time by compositing the images making it look like there is more then there really is.
With so many shapes it creates a very interesting photo. To the nature of reality presented here it shows that they’re are many things in the nature to see.
