How might you combine illustration with your own photography?
He has to be using a layer mask by scanning his original drawing and placing it over the actual image. This is unique because his art style is somewhat cartoon-ish, so it adds a different perspective. I don’t think I would use illustration in my photography because it’s something I’m not good at whatsoever. Drawing was never my strongest talent, so I don’t want to do anything with it.

He combines his artistic drawing skills and photography by making them play with each other to create cool pictures. He took normal self pictures and used photoshop to create the pencil look.
